300L Brewery System for Our Australia Client

We finished the 300L brewery system for our Australia client. 

The basic configuration is as below:

1. Brewhouse unit: mash/kettle tun,lauter and whirlpool in one tank but with two levels,upper level is for lautering,lower level is for whirlpool. Electric heating.

2. Fermentation unit: 2X 300L fermenters,1X 300L BBT.

3. Cooling unit:3P chiller+300L ice water tank.

4. Control unit:PID control with digital display.

5. CIP unit:50L portable CIP with trolley.
